2026 Random Cowboys Stuff Thread...

Why has Woodson not gotten in yet? I'm seriously asking. It's not because he wasn't good, or is some fringe selection. It's not "just because he was a Cowboy". Is the new voting committee just too young to have gotten to watch him live? Surely not. Any theories?

Next year going to be tough getting in with Gronkowski, Roethlisberger and Adrian Peterson being first-time eligible.
And Belichick will get in next year for sure.

I'm still stunned about Craig. One of the excuses given for Belichick not making it is with the new voting system, some people voted for the seniors on their last chance knowing Belichick would make it next year. So apparently those votes were going to Roger Craig? Who was just a good player -- nobody considered him a HOFer back then. He was considered more the product of Bill Walsh's "genius."

He wasn't nearly as good as Zeke Elliott, who won't make it. And don't give me the Super Bowl argument, because that's not helping Woody.

The only thing I can figure out is that they look at his 23 INTs as "not enough" for a DB

"All that counts is tomorrow, and all you can look at is yesterday and back."

Yeah, I couldn't disagree more.

They don't need to do any of that. They make billions a year.
If you’re not growing, you’re dying.

This growth has driven the NFL franchises to the very top worldwide, which is ridiculous considering the enormous international fanbase soccer has.

The product changes for the better, and growth helps guarantee sustainability.
