I know the Steelers are supposed to be the shinning example of everything we should want to be but everything about how they are assembling their coaching staff is how I would not want to do it. A bunch of mediocre coaches being hired because their head coach is familiar with them.

Honestly this is how we have done it in the past.

To be fair we don't really know if the coaches we hired will work out, and Whitt was seen as a pretty good coach.
 


I wonder if he really sits the season out.
 
With the retirement talk with Fangio, it almost feels like Schwartz is on a collision course back to Philly in a year.
