Micah Parsons Traded To Packers

Obviously, but you'd have to be braindead to think we're better off in a 1:1 situation.
It's more complicated than that because they play two very different positions

Clark will absolutely help the run more than Parsons. This has been a problem for decades.

Parsons is 3 years younger and is harder to replace.

I know you were all waiting for this opinion:

I agree with Garrett?

Timing. Cowboys didn’t just lose Micah Parsons, they also traded away the 2025 season.

Meh. A lot of people here thought we were going to struggle to win 8-9 games.

We traded away middle of the pack mediocrity? Cool.

God I hate that guy.

You don't compare with the Herschel Walker trade.
You compare with the Khalil Mack trade.

And I'm beginning to hate the "transformational" and "generational" terms because they are ridiculous.

Our defense was bad before and not magically elite after he got here, so not "transformational".

And there are at least two players consistently better than he's been in just the last four years, so not "generational". When I think of "generational", WTF that means, I think of in a generation, that is twenty years. There have been many more players in twenty years that have been better.

Basically he's damned fucking good and one of the best pass rushers in the NFL, or exactly like Khalil Mack was when he was traded.

"Generational" my ass

You can't take anybody who is paid media overly serious anymore, there's always some sort of underlying motivation to what is being said, whether that's being politically correct for the powers that be or trying to drive clicks/attention.

I think we are all missing the most pressing question of all: does this make Retard Sam Williams the starter?

I'm thinking Kneeland, EZ, Sam or Houston. One of those 4 has to start opposite Fowler.

I gotta bad feeling about Kneeland.....like huge bust. Just a feeling.

Lookit, this complicated, okay?

But let us look at the facts.

Podcast, shortcomings in the run game, feasting on the poors early in the season and fading late, lack of production in our playoff games, podcast, podcast.

I am fine with the trade.

Now the comp and timing, don’t get me started.
