How can you get talked into a flag?

Seriously...call it when it happens. Otherwise, let all other plays get evaluated retroactively.

I don't mind the refs taking a second to talk to each other about a penalty like that before they call it. Get it right the first time.
 
The San Francisco Ends have done a nice job maintaining lane discipline. They haven't let Wilson get outside the pocket. As soon as he spins thinking he can escape to the outside there's a 49er there forcing him back inside to the teeth of the defense.

The defense is very well coached and are executing the game plan perfectly.
