They're bad. They need better coaching. They need better players. They need more consistency. They need better management. Their owner is good but too involved.

I believe I've just encapsulated every article, opinion piece and interview about the Cowboys since around 1997. It's just repeated over and over again with slight variations. Perhaps it's time we as fans band together and stage a coup. Third world countries do it all the time.

No sir.

A good owner does everything he can to put the team in a position to win.

Our owner purposely gets in the way and has admitted that winning isn't what's most important to him anymore.

In what works does this constitute being a good owner?
