I'm serious that he's vastly overrated, obviously he's a million miles better than Rush but my point is that this performance in particular (and really his season overall) are nowhere near as good as the hype would have you believe.

I think he's overrated, too. But that comparison doesn't show it at all. He threw for 270 and 2 TDs? Those look like some pretty decent numbers to me. Especially if you consider his impact with his legs (Do we have a comparison against Rush for that?)

If somebody showed Mahomes or Allen by saying they threw for 270 and 2 TDs and laughed at 'what a special talent they were', you'd rightfully laugh at them.

If Mahomes or Allen played like that against the putrid Tampa pass defense I'd laugh at someone calling it a hugely impressive game.

My point is Tampa has a shitty pass defense and Rush roasted them a few weeks ago, which makes this even less impressive aside from Tampa shooting themselves in the foot literally all game.

Rush roasted them for what he is, a solid backup. Daniels, for being a supposed superstar QB, was so-so.

If Dak had the same game Rush had a few weeks ago I would've said he was ok but nothing special when you consider the opponent.

The expectations are different for starting QB's vs. backups, pretty simple logic.
 
The only thing is, did the Packer guy expect anything better? I thought every football fan in America knew Philly fans were the worst garbage imaginable.

It was funny that old loser calling her ugly, though. Imagine what a battle axe his old lady is.
 
Packers should hang their heads in shame this year. They were completely and utterly dominated physically by the Eagles. How many of those fools were carted off the field never to return?

It'd be very tempting to grab that shit by the collar and bounce his head off of a railing. Of course I'd prefer not to engage the services of a lawyer so I generally avoid public spaces and stadiums in particular when possible because of animals like this. Maybe he'll be ID'ed and get fired from whatever low level grunt work he's likely doing but in Philly this is grounds for a promotion.

True, and they've always been that way.

When I was stationed at the shipyard up there in the mid-80's I used to go to the games, tix from the ITT office were $25 for lower level. It was just a short walk from the front gate of PNSY through the JFK parking lot, by the Spectrum and into the Vet. When they won in '86 on a last minute field goal, we had FULL beer bottles thrown at us while walking back through the parking lot.

The next year, I took my now-wife to the first game after the strike... the one when Buddy ran up the score. The entire game some dude who looked like he was a survivalist out of the Poconos was sitting behind us throwing green carnations at us and telling us how well he knew our mothers. You didn't dare use the bathroom during the game.

Went to the game in '97 when Rodney Peete tossed the game winner to Chad Lewis and my buddy and I had some jagoffs sitting next to us continuously lighting up doobies. We had to move because we were both active duty at the time and could not be breathing in that shit.

Fucking animals and you see that the level of class hasn't climbed at all even with the change of venue.
 
I used to love going to games, but now as I've gotten older, I really don't think there's a better seat than on my couch or at the bar.

Forget about the crazy prices of the gameday experience which are reason enough not to go, but I just think about driving in the traffic, the hassle of finding parking, being surrounded by the countless morons who go to these games, and the overall amount of time it's going to take out of my day to do all this and I just don't feel enticed whatsoever to go.

I can tell you that between a game at Cowboys stadium and one at Darrel K. Royal stadium for the Longhorns, the latter is far more enjoyable than the former.

I have no clue when I'll ever go to another Cowboys game but I have every intention to go to a couple of games in Austin to see Texas play next year.
