It was, what, 1500 pages dumped on them at the last second. No way anyone has even read the whole thing. It's ridiculous that they ever do this (and we know they do it every time).

I just can't believe Johnson is arguing for it. The excuse that "we can't do this before an election" obviously doesn't hold water now.
