Boneless wings were top notch, smoking the ribs and giddling some burgers today.

I’m considering buying a new smoker. I’m looking at the Workhorse Pits 1975 model.
 
I’ve got a 14lb brisket on the smoker that I don’t have any butcher paper to wrap it up in so I’m smoking it for 4 hours then sous-vide for 36 hours. Easter dinner on Tuesday for the Irvs.

Anyone have experience making your own pizza dough? I've watched some Vito youtubes and wanna try it but am a little intimidated by it, not gonna lie.

I've got a bad ass pizza oven that i can't keep cooking frozen pizzas in.

I have not personally. My wife has...tried.
 
At my age, it is simple.

Good BBQ, sex, same thing.

Except you can BBQ any damn time you want.
I wanna make pizza dough every week, Friday nights are pizza nights in our house and I've gotta figure out the dough.

When you go mixin yeast and honey and whatnot, you're already confusing me. Hopefully someone comes along with a can't-miss process/recipe.

I tried. Failed miserably.
