No need to sweat your job when you’ve accomplished what he’s accomplished.
He was on the job for quite some time before he ever accomplished anything, tho'. He started working for them in 2000. Was GM in 2010. Also, was a prominent voice in the hiring of Chip Kelly. I remember quite vividly how every year people were calling for his head, wondering why he still had a job. Sounds like he had pretty good job security through it all.

Not sure how much security he’s had, but even if it was 100% security Lurie called him out and demoted/fired him. And in 12 years, as GM hes hired and fired several coaches, floundered thru QBs, torn down and rebuilt 2 teams AND been to 2 SBs with 2 completely different rosters. And we won’t even get into the excellent drafts they’ve had.
Yeah, Lurie trusts him and believes in him but from the outside it looks like he has a plan and isn’t afraid to shake things up to get results.
Much different approach then the Cowboys front office and especially the behavior and accountability of our “GM”.

Sounds great. After hearing all that, it's strange that Howie was a punchline on this board.

No idea, because the guy has been solid, although the Chip Kelly debacle is a head scratcher. I hate the Eagles, but a quick search of Roseman and you see media guys hanging off his nutsack.

Dang, Machota, can you get that volume a little lower?

This is the plot for a late 80s movie. Schlep disguises himself as a waiter at a swanky restaurant to pass on his demo tape to the big-time music producer.

Except it’s Martavis Bryant pumping Jerruh’s gas onboard the Bravo Eugenia
