This 1st down means nothing, time-wise, in preventing the Packers from scoring.

It just means that the Packers' next drive will be the last of the game.

The biggest reason is unarguably the defense.

Reluctance to run the ball is a big reason though.

If we ran the ball, and score more points or extended drives, you could make the argument that the Packers wouldn't have had the opportunites to get close.
