You are missing the fact I am not criticizing it. But I am sure the fact he put some unattainable clauses in there will make people think he is a genius. At the end of it all, they will still borrow against it. More book cooking.

I never said you were criticizing anything. Was just wondering what the big deal is over an unlikely to be earned incentive.

And really... Who gives a fuck what people think? It doesn't change a thing whether or not people think he's a genius or if he's just goof son.

I know you can use "likely to be earned" incentives that aren't met to roll over cap money to following years, but we never have any left over cap money anyways so I don't see how that would matter
