Gets better and better every time. Ever since I got the digi thermometer, execution has been unmistakable.

I actually did the rub suggested by amazingribs.com this time. Put on salt last night and the rub 15 minutes before throwing them on the grill

I can't remember, which smoker did you end up going with?

Just the Weber kettle grill. On sale for $70 and the other barrel grills with side fireboxes had bad reviews.

Sucky thing about the Weber is the capacity, only able to fit 2 racks.

Watching this game, the shitty thing is that our defense can't take anything away because we're incapable of generating the QB pressure that SF has.

Yea I've used it a few times and like it spicier myself but wife & rest of family like the sweet

I've just been buying the ribs from Costco. Pretty good quality. 3 full racks for $30
