I admit I liked the Johnny Football stuff way back when, but god DAMN they are making it worse than it was with Tebow.

Why do they do that?
He was late to practice today, and it was all over the fucking place.

This illegal contact shit has got out of control.

Hopefully the refs get it out of their system in preseason.

They are under an edict. Blame Goodell.

That was about the 5th time a player has slipped on his own w/o being touched. Par for the course for a game in Chicago.

The Bears are very interesting to me because they were almost a carbon copy of Dallas on D. They attacked their issues. We signed schlubs.

You'd think Chicago would get some better turf for their stadium. They've got some outstanding weapons on offense.

Did not catch Bortles' debut
I found myself surprisingly impressed by the highlights. That guy has an excellent arm and made throws a guy like Manziel has no chance to make.

That ability leapt off the screen, and I can't see Henne starting over him for long.

Name one throw he made that Manziel has no chance of making.

You act like Manziel is the second coming of Brad Johnson, he has a very strong arm and it is evidenced by his ability to complete throws downfield without being set.

I have no issue with Bortles probably being the better prospect, but you have no credibility making statements like the above, Manziel can make any throw needed with velocity, have you ever seen him actually play?

Because you sound like an idiot making comments like the above, yeah the jury is out on him being a productive QB but arm strenght is not part of the problem.

Bortles looked a loss less frantic than Manziel.

That was what is more impressive than anything else if I compare the two.

Manziel just seemed to take off and run too soon.

Bortles was very methodical. Did not look like a rookie.

Manziel looked uncomfortable in comparison.

Story of his life, and if he continues to do it, it will get him killed at this level. The LBers are a helluva lot faster on this stage.

I shouldn't have to keep saying this.
