Hopefully there's still a little magic in my fingertips and my Chatter Thread success from 2014 carries over into this season.

Cowboys 29
Eagles 27

Bold Prediction: 10 catches and a TD for Shrimp Beasley.

Durant had to get the bone graft as well. Supposedly it's a procedure that makes the bone stronger than before going forward so you don't have to worry about re-injury.

The bad news obviously is that the healing timeline is longer than originally expected.

Hopefully we're in the playoff conversation in late December which is when I'm guessing he'll return.

Just reading through Twitter it seems as if all the national outlets believe it's a 10-12 week injury.

All the local Dallas and team officials are still making a case for the 8 week timeline. Could be a a little hopeful homerism in play with the Dallas area guys.

Wow, 3rd post into the chatter thread is terrible news. Not sure this is a good sign for us today, boys.

I love how ESPN is hyping up this New England/Buffalo game as if it's a 1 vs 2 match up in college football.

It's week freakin' 2 and the Bills have been irrelevant for a decade and a half.

Do we really need to recreate the College Game Day experience just because a WGAS team is entering week 2 with a 1-0 record?

:lol

Yeah we knew it wasn't going to be just one fricking month before we saw effective play again. An optimistic return would be game after Thanksgiving @Washington, IMO.

How ironic would it be if his first game back was December 13 at Lambeau?

I posted a Mike Fisher tweet in the Escobar thread that says the NFL average has been approx. 8 weeks for those who've had similar surgery.

Exactly. I think they feel a need to market Tyrod Taylor as the next Russel Wilson.

3 bold predictions for today's game...

1. Randle goes for 100+ and a TD.
2. Escobar goes for 100+ and a TD.
3. Booze shits his pants after 1 and 2 come to fruition.

Irvin was the only one to pick Dallas to win. Then he put on a wolf skin hat and started howling and growling because he was going lone wolf. I see a .gif coming in the future. :lol

I am so confident #2 doesn't happen, I will sit in my recliner pantless for the game.
