I think Seattle wins only because they are at home. Detroit is probably the only team in the NFC playoffs they could beat, but the Lions have a chance.

Seattle has a legit shot against the Falcons though. So if we get past Packers/Giants, we'd have a great shot at the Superbowl.

It's the playoffs so you can't really expect to play cupcakes outside the wildcard round. Well maybe in the AFC.

To clarify for anyone that hasn't seen it, if Detroit beats Seattle we play Detroit. If Detroit loses, we play the winner of the Giants-Packers game.
