"Are we Packers fans now?"
"No! But the Bears should fire everybody."

I've called for him to me more involved because I want to see the ball spread around, but I'd love to see either Street moved to the slot or go draft a guy who is made to operate there.Apparently, Beasley told a Cowboy fan on Twitter to eat a dick when the fan called him out on fumbling.
I'd like to think they are in quit mode going into our game, but they have 3 very winnable games ahead of them. I can easily see them getting back on track and be the team we expected come our meeting. We better not lose to them because they are in a free fall, and by the time we see them in 4 weeks, they shoud be in complete quit mode.....although, it looks like they're already there.
If it weren't for that bullshit PI call, he would have had a really nice grab yesterday. I have hopes for him becoming a solid #3, maybe even decent #2 if we get really lucky.I think Street must be blowing up in practice...they always seem to try get him a look or two a game.
He will have his shot at #2 in a few years when Terrance leaves. If it weren't for that bullshit PI call, he would have had a really nice grab yesterday. I have hopes for him becoming a solid #3, maybe even decent #2 if we get really lucky.
Their defense is horrible but to an extent its a little like our defense last year. When you pass, pass, pass and then punt non stop it puts a ton of pressure on your defense. Especially when you mix some INTs in there.Jay Cutler definitely deserves his share of the blame but Bears fans should be pointing fingers and burning the jerseys of defensive players as well.
The Bears giving up 50 in back to back games is not a Cutler problem. That's on the defense.
Hell even if Cutler played a respectable game and puts up 3 TDs and only 1 INT, that's still a 30 point ass whipping because the defense is piss poor.
Cutler is a problem but he's not the biggest problem.
Imo, it's foolish to label a team based off one game. Anything can happen during one game. One week, a team beats the shit out of a good team, only to lose to a bad one. Or vice versa. If we lose to the Bears, then the Cowboys are truly pretenders.
No, the fact is if this team has a shot of doing anything noteworthy in the playoffs, then it needs to dispatch teams like the Bears, Giants, and Redskins when those teams have absolutely zero to play for in the last games of the season.Imo, it's foolish to label a team based off one game. Were we truly contenders after going in to Seattle and man handling them? Or were we truly pretenders after losing to the Redskins at home?
I'm betting if you wanted to, you could go through pretty much anybody's schedule at the end of the year and pick out those same team defining games for them.
