What's wrong with Hageman? No Hageman. Thx.
You can't have two undersized penetrating tackles. You need a run stuffer too. Hageman could excel at both run stopping and pass rush.

I agree. A big man who is quick and athletic to get after the QB. Wait until Lett and Marinelli get their hands on a guy like that. What's wrong with Hageman?

Everything...and literally everything I read confirms what little I saw of the guy. Great tools, questionable effort. What's wrong with Hageman?

McCullers is like comically big.Give me Donald in the first and I could live with the big guy from Tenn in the 3rd. I think our DC could work with that.
I don't get this idea that Marinelli is going to make miracles.I agree. A big man who is quick and athletic to get after the QB. Wait until Lett and Marinelli get their hands on a guy like that.
If you think those guys constitute talent then you don't know what talent is. The fact that Corey Wootton was able to rack up 7 sacks as a DE is a miracle.I don't get this idea that Marinelli is going to make miracles.
Did he make players our of Stephen Paea, Corey Wootton and Jarron Gilbert (even though he could jump out of a pool)?
I watched two UCLA games this year when Barr didn't make a single play all game. So, I can see where the criticism is coming from; but he is going in the top 10 and if some of the QB's slip a little, then top 5-6.A lot of people have been giving Barr shit lately, probably hoping it'll make his slip. But I keep reading that he's not as explosive as once thought and he has trouble disengaging from blockers. I didn't see either of that the once or twice I've seen him play, but who knows. Maybe he could fall a little.
They were all relatively high picks that he obviously thought fit.If you think those guys constitute talent then you don't know what talent is. The fact that Corey Wootton was able to rack up 7 sacks as a DE is a miracle.
Agreed. I bet we look at Nate Collins too. Think cheap.Clinton McDonald is another guy I like who I forgot, he'd be a solid little signing too.
Avril signed a very short deal looking to break someone's bank later. It would be great a catch a guy at the exact same point in his career. If this years market is anything like last years we should definitely be able to sign a guy or two on a value deal. I wanted guys like Cliff Avril, Michael Bennett and Terrance Knighton last year, and all of them received very short, very reasonable deals.
By the way this would probably be the funniest looking pairing in the NFL. Possibly the NFL's biggest DT standing next to the NFL's smallest DT. One dude is 6'7" 350lbs while the other is 6' 285lbs. It sounds like something I would have done on Madden while creating two players as my DT's.Give me Donald in the first and I could live with the big guy from Tenn in the 3rd. I think our DC could work with that.
Bennett and Johnson are the best guys who won't break the bank. Both are young with good size and have been productive. Matt Shaughnessy is another guy who could compete with Selvie and provide decent depth.Avril signed a very short deal looking to break someone's bank later. It would be great a catch a guy at the exact same point in his career.
