I think part of it might be that we train in 70 degree heat, and then come back to 100 degree heat and go into hydration shock because they aren't used to having to hydrate as much.I don't think our players hydrate enough. With the popularity of energy drinks/potions and the various supplements that are all the rage now, they all have one thing in common...they dehydrate you.
However much water they are drinking, they should double it. GG.
