Why, not because they aren't happy, but because people in the country are still afraid to be seen celebrating in public. It always seemed to me that it was something that was probably true on some level, but overblown by social media, and whatever truth there was, always was glossed over or covered up by the mainstream media, because, that's what they have done many times on many other issues, as a matter of proven fact and public record.
