I hope he's proud hearing Martin and Tyron mention how they regret never winning a SB.That goddamn motherfucker.

"See that HOF caliber player without a super bowl ring? I did that."That goddamn motherfucker.
If Bobby Carpenter can wear Howley and Manster's number...
Right, I was (and am) totally against giving out 54. Or 33. Or others that they still hand out.True but they just had a retirement press conference for the guy, parading him around as an all timer (deservedly so). At least wait a year. The body isn't cold yet even.
yeah. They made 88 a thing and then Jerry pretended it would magically bestow success. We can avoid that with others.Right, I was (and am) totally against giving out 54. Or 33. Or others that they still hand out.

That is gonna be rough with this baby Huey.yeah. They made 88 a thing and then Jerry pretended it would magically bestow success. We can avoid that with others.
Thanks Geng, I'd forgotten all about spare-ass Parakeet Jones.I don't mind giving out certain numbers like 77, 54, 33, 94, even 22, 8, or 88. But there should be a grace period, and certain numbers should only go to special players (or at least pedigreed players like Dez), not casuals like the Nate Jones types.
