Enthusiastic fans in Oxnard. "Lift them legs!!!" a couple holler during stretching.

:picard
I will actually be about two hrs driving distance away from the practices this week. And hearing shit like this this is why I have zero intention of trying to go to any of them.

This seemed like a good idea at the time.

:lol

I canceled my Sunday Ticket for this season about 6 weeks ago.

This team is going nowhere, and won't be going anywhere as long as Jones is alive.

:towel
I swear to God, it is like we are cursed sometimes. I guess Jerry selling his soul to the Devil for the Barry Switzer Super Bowl lasts forever?

Clearly this team didn't have room for Sharrif Floyd, the No. 5 player on its draft board.

The rest of the injured guys are doing rehab work on the side, but Jay Ratliff just left the field.

Looks like it could be an Achilles injury for Crawford ... Hopefully it's not but that's the early word
Take a good look at our DE depth. My God, it is horrific.

Clearly this team didn't have room for even ONE SINGLE MFING DL PERIOD throughout the draft process and UDFA.

Strength of the team.

I'm going to the last practices after the Oakland game. I fully expect half the starters to be working out with trainers on the sidelines.

The fans who saw the Crawford injury saying it looked like he too a bad step is all. Was doing tackling dummy slalom.

no need, brah. superior coaching in the form of kiffin and mangini was gonna make up for a lack of talent.

So the guy fricked up his Achilles in a tackling dummy drill? Jesus Christ. What is wrong with the players' conditioning? Is Unfrozen Caveman Strength Coach the problem? It is just insane.

I do like the 28 second thing. Perhaps the 1 second KILL KILL KILL will be a thing of the past.
That is very encouraging. It got kind of old watching them scramble to get a play off at the last second.

As an aside, weren't there some here claiming that running the clock down to 1 second was a strategic ploy by Garrett and Romo? Some nonsense about making the defense show their hand before the snap.

I think Hostile tried to use that lame excuse as well.

You can't shine these turds. Our DE depth is utter garbage now Crawford is probably done.

Tyrone Crawford leaves practice with injury
July, 21, 2013

By Calvin Watkins | ESPNDallas.com

OXNARD, Calif. -- Cowboys defensive end Tyrone Crawford left practice with a lower left leg injury after he fell down during an individual drill.

Crawford, a 2012 third-round pick from Boise State, banged his fist to the ground while receiving medical attention. Crawford, who was getting second-team snaps on the first day of practice, was carted off the field.

As Crawford was being driven off the field, his head was down and he was covering his face as fans were encouraging him.

It was a long day for the Cowboys in terms of injuries.

The Cowboys are missing five offensive linemen due to injuries and missing Crawford also thins the defensive line.

Defensive tackle Jay Ratliff missed practice with a strained hamstring and his return is unknown. Ratliff underwent an MRI on Sunday.

Nick Hayden and Crawford were getting time as defensive tackles with the second team.

To replace Crawford, the Cowboys could move Ike Igbinosun, Jeris Pendleton or Jerome Long into his spot.

Not a bad idea RT @JasonRomano: With the Crawford injury, should Dallas ramp up the John Abraham efforts?

Jerry Jones decline to speak to a reporter when approached. Another reporter approached and Jones said "we got a problem here."
