Also, still will never be able to see that guy from The Office as a badass.
I had my doubts but that ended up being a good series(at least the first yr), to their credit they didn't try to make him into Jason Bourne

That was a classic case of where a coach takes a 3rd and 1 and tries to get cute.

Nagy is one of those coaches who has a habit of outsmarting himself.

3rd and 1 and you call a between the tackles run play for Cordarrelle Patterson? Bro, you've got a rookie on the team (Montgomery) who led all NCAA RBs in broken tackles. Why not use him in a critical short yardage situation?

This ain't rocket science.

Nagy has a habit of being too cute and conservative at the wrong time. That's what cost them against the Eagles in the playoffs.

The game shouldn't have came down to Parkey's kick.

Yep, line up under center and hand off to your best back. This is where dumbest smart sob around fits

Apparently it is. So many coaches are not minimalists.

The whole goal on every play is call the best play that gets to the sticks.

Classic example just then. The Packers had inches to go. Pass to the outside.

This game is not that hard. You don't have to spend even more energy trying to be clever.

Great job by the Bears secondary taking away the Packers hot routes.

That was easily one of the dumbest trades in recent history.

Here's the Great Value version of the Captain Andrew Luck account.

This is some fucking ugly football. Clearly what you get when teams don't practice at all and then hardly play any of the key guys in the preseason games. Essentially the month of September has become the REAL preseason.

The quality of play deteriorates every year.
