Maybe.Filming the break in for insurance?
All those different links reporting the story suggests that it is not.The fact there is this much doubt kinda suggests it is fake.
And yet we issue warrants and put people in jail without proving it.
I don't think those two things are the same at all.And yet we issue warrants and put people in jail without proving it.
They aren't, just pointing out his second tweet isn't necessarily true.I don't think those two things are the same at all.
Having a warrant put out for you (unless it's one for not doing what the law has told you to do like pay a ticket or show up for court) is not a guilty verdict. The no fly list is unconstitutional as hell. They aren't, just pointing out his second tweet isn't necessarily true.
But at least you have some due process rights in the criminal prosecution world. You basically have none with the no fly list.
No but they throw you in jail all the same without any guilt found. All it takes is a signed probable cause statement. Again not really the same thing. You still have rights, you can appear in front of a judge and ask for a bond. You can file for a speedy trial so that you don't sit in jail longer than 180 days. Eventually you have a right to a trial in front of your peers. You have a right to representation. You're presumed innocent and the burdens on the state to prove your guilt.Having a warrant put out for you (unless it's one for not doing what the law has told you to do like pay a ticket or show up for court) is not a guilty verdict. So I was on the kids side until I watched the video. They kind of look like a group of asshole teens going after the guy. He shouldn't have said anything but hell all he said was you look stupid. Meanwhile the kids are cussing and saying all kinds of nasty shit to him.
Well, that’s exactly what they want. They think they should be immune to the laws because, you know, 200 years ago there was slavery.A cop called into a talk show I heard today and said he and others had no choice now but to stand back and allow Blacks to commit crimes. He said they can't risk their careers and their families' lives by getting mixed up in these situations anymore.
Sad. but what else do you expect them to do?
As is Disney which owns like the other half of the media.Agreed. The channel is insanely woke.
I do bankruptcy and we are starving for cases right now because everyone is so flush with stimulus cash and unemployment benefits.Yeah it's been a huge argument here in Lake the Ozarks because businesses have had to scale back hours or close doors for lack of workers. Of course then people bitch that these companies don't pay enough. People bitch back that lazy people are living fat right now off unemployment and stimulus cash. Back and fourth we go. And then people try to claim that workers earned that unemployment by working. Which is sort of not true.
Truth is some people would rather sit at home and collect enough money to get by as opposed to working and earning a little more. And small businesses are again being hurt during this pandemic.
It makes zero sense. It's almost like they don't believe the black community can make their own damn decisions so they have to help them. Jesus Christ.
Explain this to me like I am five.
I heard that supposedly their reasoning is that kids are more apt to start smoking menthol cigarettes because of the flavoring.
Explain this to me like I am five.
They need more pointless rules to enforce so our citizens can have even more police encounters that go bad.

Seems awfully fucking arbitraryThey need more pointless rules to enforce so our citizens can have even more police encounters that go bad.
