By the way, this is what disgusts me about the criminal justice system. The laws the way they are written and the power we give prosecutorial discretion are ridiculous. It should all be black and white. But instead prosecutors want the ability to charge anyone with anything if they see fit and not charge someone else if they don't see fit. I hate that part of what I do.
