No, we’ll take Alberta. It’s like their Texas.Couldn't we just trade Canada Minnesota for Calgary?

She’s a liar.So she parks sideways in the street blocking ICE vehicles, while her butch is outside the vehicle filming everything? I thought her mom said that she wasn't part of any ICE protest.
Pretty easy to freeze a photo whenever you want out of a video clip. And in this case, try to attach a retarded narrative to it. As in, the officer is clearly on the side of the vehicle and firing at the vehicle.
No one is disputing the shot into the windshield. The scum also fired into the passenger side window down.Pretty easy to freeze a photo whenever you want out of a video clip. And in this case, try to attach a retarded narrative to it. As in, the officer is clearly on the side of the vehicle and firing at the vehicle.
But, he's not. Sure, he's now on the side of the vehicle. But all shots have already been fired at this point. Dude. Go watch all angles of the video again. Actually open your eyes and use your fucking brain to what you are seeing. Stop letting the media form your opinion on what actually happened.
In the first video, you can see an officer walking in front of the flannel butch on the right side of the vehicle. She stops, and he continues forward. At the same time, another two officers are walking up to the drivers door which has the window down (this is important...remember this fact) One officer stops halfway and the other continues to the door, telling her to exit the vehicle, while reaching for the door handle. Then the woman puts the car in reverse as you can see the lights and backs up a bit. At this time, you can then see the officer that had been walking in front of flannel butch is in front of the vehicle. As she starts accelerating, the vehicle makes contact with him and he draws his firearm and fires the first time. That shot goes thru the windshield, as you can see glass dust fly up. The vehicle continues on forward as he fires his last two shots with the vehicle still turning away to the right. At this time, you do not see any glass dust as the drivers side window was down. All three shots took about a second or so to be fired. The second video clearly shows the officer in front when the vehicle starts accelerating. Now... after saying all that here is a very important point.
If the officer was safely beside the vehicle before firing those shots as you and the left media are portraying, HOW COME WE CAN SEE GLASS DUST/DEBRIS COMING FROM THE WINDSHIELD? That would only be possible if the shot was fired from the front of the vehicle. The next shot or two went thru the open drivers side window as the car accelerated past. First shot... clearly see stuff fly up from the front of the car. Last two shots... Don't see anything. No glass. No puff of smoke from the gun. Nothing.
That Orwell quote sure does fit what you, the left politicians, and the media are trying to do here to a T, tho.
If a deaf person goes to court, is it still called a hearing?

I pretty much agree.I'm sorry, but at that the very least that agent is guilty of excessive force.
At no point was his life in danger and it's an insult to everyone's intelligence to suggest that after watching all of the videos out there about the incident.
At the very least he should face a manslaughter charge but ICE agents are currently allowed to act without impunity so he won't face any consequences whatsoever.
I agree with most everyone on this board with their political views and I'm a Republican through and through and I've agreed with most of Trump's policies, but there is no justifying what happened yesterday unless you're just unwilling to budge whatsoever from your agenda.
I don’t believe that. This murder was committed by one bloodthirsty cunt who should be treated as such.I pretty much agree.
Individuals do make mistakes. The problem is, some are selling this as an agencywide policy, that ICE wanted this to happen, etc., when that isn't the case.

My only view on it is that the officer should be treated the same as me or you if we were in the same position. So if you were in that officers position as a regular civilian, do you think you should be able to use deadly force. If your answer is no, then I can see why you think he should go away. I don't believe in special protections for officers. Their actions when it comes to use of deadly force should be judge through the same lens as any citizen.I'm sorry, but at that the very least that agent is guilty of excessive force.

Exactly. I've said I don't agree with what he did, and I don't. But I also see how difficult it is in real time to draw that line. Does this mean people can drive their cars at you and turn away at the last second and you're to blame if you defend yourself? Or drive at high speeds a foot from you and you should do nothing? Because people will push that line as far as they possibly can.My only view on it is that the officer should be treated the same as me or you if we were in the same position. From my perspective if I'm standing in front of a car and the person hits the gas and is coming in my direction? I believe I should have the right to fire a gun to protect myself. So I'll give the officer the same right. Now he shouldn't have shot the second shot but again, that's a pretty impossible standard to hold someone to. You can pull the trigger once but in that split second you're supposed to determine you won't be run over and now don't pull the trigger a second time.
