That's certainly how it appears. I'm going to say, even if it was an unlawful shooting, if you are actively blocking law enforcement, refusing commands, and driving off recklessly, you're at least a little at fault. Don't act like a fucking cocksucker and you might live longer.

Regardless of how her "wheels were turned," she drove right into an agent standing in front of her vehicle. If he hadn't moved, he would have gotten ran over. That IS mortal danger.

I mean the shots were being fired at the same time the officer was being hit. I'd understand the argument if the shots didn't start until she was past the offer and attempting to flee. Now shooting and killing her while the officer is being hit probably isn't going to save anyone. At that point the car is either going to run him over or it won't. And the car doesn't need an active driver any longer to accomplish that. But in a bang, bang situation, it's justified. She could have seriously hurt or killed that officer.

I've seen officers do some horrific stuff that is inexcusable when it comes to use of force. I don't think this one is even hard to judge based on that second video. And I'll be honest, I had the holy shit reaction when I watched the first video. I didn't see her hit the officer in that video. And no, it's not acceptable to shoot and kill a person just because they are trying to escape. But the second video, it's pretty clear.
