In all seriousness, this is part of the issue.

People have all fuckin' day to look for shit to get pissed off about because they aren't working.

Or then there are those who could work, who don't by choice.

I am overwhelmed each week with people that are technically still employed with my company that suddenly stop showing up and do one of two things: 1) attempt to exploit our 3rd party leave provider and lie and say they have COVID and get paid leave or 2) take voluntary unpaid leave but decide to file unemployment anyways.

Part of this is the government extending unemployment benefits where you don't have to do shit. The other part is employees exploiting loopholes.

I am sorry, I am sick of this shit because half of my day is dealing with employees who are trying to exploit the system.

It is basically like an employer-funded welfare system. It is annoying.
