What happened 2-5 minutes before they started beating his ass? What did he say? Did he dare them to engage? Did he provoke?

Those are all things that need to be answered before you assume it was justified.

If the guy woke up this morning, put on his strap and set out looking to create a conflict for an excuse to use his gun, that isn’t justified.

None of us know if he did that or not. A one minute internet clip isn’t going to tell you the whole story.

If the guy was there and was standing his ground and things got violent, props to him for handling himself. If he was out looking for a fight, he’s as much a coward as the guy hitting him with a skateboard.

We need some clarity before we jump to conclusions.

Ok yeah he def overreacted to her blocking his way and I would agree with some minor assault charge for him for that. That being said antifa are not the police and don't get to enact street justice and kill someone for it. Shooting still justified. Also point in his favor he recognized when threat was neutralized and stopped shooting.

Judging by that, I think he’s in the right.

That cunt had no business putting her body up against him after he told her to quit. She kept bumping him and shielding him with her body. It isn’t within her rights to do that.

Honestly, depending on the situation, I could see myself doing that if someone is infringing on my personal space and I clearly let them know I’m not ok with them doing it. Male or Female.

I don’t think he had to throw her like that, a simple shove to the side would have done the job. Get her out of the way and off of you while letting her know you aren’t going to put up with it. No need to rag doll her like that. If that was some dudes sister or girlfriend, I could understand why they’d chase him down and beat his ass, but they should have corrected her behavior before it got to that.

Oh, shit. The guy is clearly looking at the dude with the knife while he is backpeddaling. And he had already tried to retreat and they kept chasing and swinging the skateboard. I thought the skateboard being swung at him with a crowd closing in while screaming kill him was enough to show the shooting was justified. The knife only confirms it.
