Yep, could have just been as simple as a conversation with a person that could have changed the course of a lost life. It's why things like this feel especially heart breaking. Especially with a 24 year old who really had his whole life ahead of him. Sitting here as a 40 year old now I can reflect and see just how little many things meant when I was that age but at the time felt so important to me.

Nope, sounds like he told his girlfriend or whomever he was going to kill himself. They called police. He took off in his car, a chase ensued, crashed and then shot himself. Don't think DUI was on his mind.

This is just heartbreaking. At such a young age with your whole life in front of you. I can't imagine what could be so bad that this was the only answer. I feel for his family. This type of death is the hardest to grieve. RIP young man.
