I think there is a tremendous difference between the off the cuff rambling of someone like Trump versus stated objectives of most other politicians.

Surely this doesn’t mean that Mamdami is planning to institute Soviet Style communism tomorrow but it’s a sign he wants to move towards far more social programs fast.

8) End the war in Ukraine in one day
9) Lower grocery prices in one day
10) Cut energy costs by 50%

The direction is still alarming.

Like, building a wall and having Mexico pay for it would at least be a good thing. Reducing inflation would be a good thing. Ending the Ukraine war would be a good thing. It’s all bravado and I didn’t “fall for it,” but knowing these are goals, whether serious or not, is at least comforting.

Funny how you guys want to see communism though.
