I'm guessing it just isn't true at all. I wouldn't trust what this guy says. The situation is too sketchy to take the guy for his word. Now if there is evidence outside of a statement I would be curious to see what this guys real motivations are.

As a criminal defense attorney I've seen many parents claim their child with criminal charges is autistic. But few actually have proof.
