No doubt. It was right on the money. Took a good catch by Decker, but you should be able to expect that out of your receivers.

The refs again call a very cheap penalty against the Cards.

It's as if they have money on the game.

The refs should have to answer for horrible calls. Insulating them as the NFL does simply emboldens them to affect the outcome of the games with ticky tack calls.
