Puerto Ricans who can’t speak English qualify as disabled for Social Security

I do some disability for my firm, though I'm not an expert. It's a factor, not a determination.

But it could push someone who could otherwise work into disabled territory for sure.

So you're saying if someone is crippled, a language problem could exacerbate the issue by preventing them from working from home?

I dunno, I can't really give an example. There's a chart where based on your skills, education, and physical capabilities, can determine an automatic finding of disability.

Being illiterate basically puts you at the lowest education category.

I thought it was a language issue rather than literacy. Hell I can only speak english but I am.not illerate.

pick em all up and move them into projects. turn that place into one party island resort so it contributes to the economy.
