Abolishing ICE is a stupid Idea, they do more than lock kids in detention centers, that is on Trump. He is right we need to address our Immigration policies and go from there. This is akin to saying we need to abolish the police because they are enforcing a bad law.

Some Republicans? Just about everyone in the last congressional hearing on Friday, needs to go. Some are already on their own, the rest need voted out.

Some is too few. All your Trump nuthuggers need to go, that was just about everyone of them that spoke at the hearing. As well as the corporate shits, like McConnell and Ryan gone too.

I'd clean house on the democratic side as well.


Term limits is going to need to be added to the Constitution, supreme court already struck it down once, when states tried to do it in the 90's Constitutional convention.

I think terms should be changed too.

If I had my druthers, Congressman/women would serve 4 years, like the president. However, I don't want them all being up for election at one time. So there would have to be a stagger built in. 2 years, doesn't give them any time to do anything substantial but campaign for their next race.

Secondly, they could serve no longer than 12 years consecutively, in the House or senate. Sit out a term, you could run again.

Who do you suppose will propose and sponsor this legislation? The only way I can see such a thing even get a conversation in D.C. is with non political groups who would petition for an amendment to the constitution and the Supreme Court ruling on the proposal of such an amendment. I am not even sure it could occur that way.
