No doubt but a great deal of the consternation is the absolute bigotry of people not accepting the outcome of the election. Which has been worse, tweets by a President who loves to grandstand or vitriol by sour grapes losers? It hasn't all been staged by Trump.
You know what? Eventually the "sour grapes" thing goes away, but for some weird fucking reason Trump keeps bringing it up.

Who the fuck cares?

Hillary was defeated.

YOU are the FUCKING PRESIDENT.

Act like you have a damn clue what that means.

I have said it all along.

If Trump had some sort of epiphany, and just decided to run this country, he would have a shot.

Instead, he is more content to run a reality TV show with our government.

I would hope you are correct that the sour grapes syndrome evaporates but gauging from the social media, entertainment industry shows and media reactions, it shows no sign of letting up. I have never seen so many people be so divided.

I said that several times before.

And instead of this President rising above it, he posts memes.

If you are waited for loose ends to be resolved, you are wasting your time. That just tells me that in the face of real "facts", you want more.

That is not an unbiased approach. And that is okay.

I am getting used to this fucking horseshit, back and forth.

I just don't know how I am going to cope intellectually with the stupidity as this continues another three and a half years.
You don't like it when one biased side yells at the other biased side while trying hard to not look biased? What is not to love?

That's what so many Trump supporters don't get. There is no more Hillary, she will never be President, stop bringing her up, stop using her as a basis for comparison, nobody cares.

But he can't because he's a petty know-nothing who doesn't have the first clue what he's doing so he resorts to the blame Hillary bullshit because that's all he knows.

Quick question, and be honest.

This is the most memorable Presidency in the first few months than you have ever seen.

Admit it.

It basically is a Reality Show with the Oval Office involved.
I don't think there is any doubt. Which is kinda cool, really.

No it fucking isn't. This is what's fucking wrong with this country too many people who would rather tear things down for entertainment value than actually do something productive. A nice boring John Kasich would be infinitely better but we want spectacle, not competence.

Agreed, it's one of the symptoms of the slow descent of a once great nation.

So much fun to watch. No one is tearing anything down, snowflake. It literally is the most fun I have ever had watching politics, outside of the MSM. They are just annoying.

God it's sad to hear a grown ass man using slang made up by a bunch of tinfoil hats and college virgins.

Bur that's what "conservatives" are nowadays, bunch of old fat men who act like little fucking boys. Kicking over sand castles because they don't know how to build them. What disappoints me most is that you work in mass transit, you know how much numbskulls shit on best run services. How many little dickhead college students would love to see everything you ever built get torn down for the lulz?

That's the EPA, that's NET Neutrality, that's internet privacy laws, that's consumer financial protections. A bunch of people, like you, worked their ass off to make people's lives a little easier, and a bunch of dickheads voted to have it dismantled because they were bored. Because a bunch of people acting like dumb little boys didn't recognize the merit.

I didn't hear anyone using Hillary as a comparison.

Then you are really out of touch with what he and his ardent supporters are saying practically every day.

It is pure deflection. I have never seen a standing President whining about the previous administration, much less a defeated opponent, as much as he does.

Net neutrality is the only thing that is severe, and that's not even likely to happen. But, it absolutely is fun watching people run around like the world is about to end.

That I could possibly agree with. DJT has made it so a lot of people who would be tuned out are very tuned in. I bet you this is the first administration where a good majority of the cabinet are household names. We had a senate hearing get ratings on par with the NBA fnals. People are finally paying attention to how this country runs, and that makes for a better democracy.

But it's kind of like bragging about how much you learned about how to repair a house, after your house catches on fire.

I don't think Trump's cabinet members are household names. Once again, I think you are fired up and it's skewing your perspective, a la the great liberal revolt you were expecting in the runoffs.

Possibly. I still think ten times as many people could tell you who Betsy Devos is, than they could tell you about any of her predecessors. But you're right, I always followed politics more closely than most people, so my level of hyper alertness might not translate to the average dude.

There's going to be some damning consequences to ACHA if it goes through, but 23 Million people off their insurance isn't nearly as scary to me as a bunch of rubes taking a hatchet to one of the largest pieces of our economy (and one I intend to work in) that's the problem here lack of expertise. Obamacare was flawed but at least somebody besides a bunch of fucking congressman could claim authorship of it, ACHA has been universally panned by almost every medical or hospital association in the country. Why don't people trust experts over congressman? Especially conservatives that allegedly think the gov't is out to screw them.

This goes back to my original point. You recognize net neutrality is a big deal, because it could directly affect how this site functions, it's something you have a measure of expertise in. If someone came in and decided to dismantle everything you've done at Texas Tech, plently of jagoffs would never notice because they never took an interest.

That's what's happening on a grand scale, a bunch of idiots that don't know what the Fed does have come in and started dismantling it, and a bunch of jag offs that don't know what it does either haven't noticed. Right now we're running with a skeleton crew in a lot of federal agencies, including the state dept. If you don't work at the state dept that's probably not a big deal, you'll only care about what the state dept does a little bit after Seoul gets wiped off the face of the earth.
