I don't see how anyone (not saying you in particular) can rely on just one or two or three sources. I try to stay away from the outlets that promote any agenda in particular, whether it be liberal or conservative. Problem today is that I'd say 90% or more sources cater to one of those partisan agendas, and tell their readers what they want to hear. Trust me, I was a fan of conservative leaning sites until they hitched their wagons to Trump only after they saw that he was going to be the nominee in 2016. Many of them were dumping on him (and rightly so) all the way up to that point.
To see how people have humiliated themselves by supporting that guy after he talked shit about them, their families, their heritage, etc just amazes me to no end. I don't get it and probably never will. He is just a bulldozer enabled by those who are more entertained and let themselves be mesmerized by his shtick to the point where they think he actually gives a shit about them or the country as a whole. He's a con man, always has been, always will be.
