Maybe because there's speculation that it was some Muzzies but yeah, you can't compare the historical loss to the loss of life of 9/11.This really sucks, but there are people comparing this to 9/11. GTFOH.
Basically, everthing stone or encased in stone survived.
My coworker said the same yesterday. "Kinda feels like the end of France, huh?"metaphor for the decline of the West/Christianity
I understand most every thing was already moved out pending completion of the renovation. They were able to save several relics. That's also a blessing.

What are you trying to say?
Sounds to me like he's saying Father Fournier is devout. Just a guess. What are you trying to say?
Maybe so. I don’t see how that correlates to my comment I heard on the cable networks that a great deal of the artifacts in the building had been moved out before the renovation began. In sure some things were left but .............Sounds to me like he's saying Father Fournier is devout. Just a guess.
He was just supporting it. Not debating your point.Maybe so. I don’t see how that correlates to my comment I heard on the cable networks that a great deal of the artifacts in the building had been moved out before the renovation began. In sure some things were left but .............
Yep like this shitI am sad about the fire, but what will be more sad is if whoever wins the French government's architect competition tacks on some glass and steel atrocity of a spire to reflect a diverse, forward-thinking France or some shit.
Better to tear the whole thing down and let the rose windows stand for public viewing if that's the case.
Yep like this shit
I will have a priest bless some rocks and then I will go throw them at that thing.
