Credit where credit is due, Baltimore is a well run organization.
Yeah they know what they are doing. They have for a long time. If only they had a high level QB I think they would have won even more. It also explains why they were able to win with Flacco who has sort of shown exactly how good he is since leaving the Ravens. Lamar Jackson looks good to change that fortune at QB but it's early and now that teams have seen a year of the somewhat gimmic like offense it will be interesting to see if he continues to take off or if it was a bit of a fluke.

They certainly value the fundamentals of football. Run the football, stop the run.

Colquitt isn't the answer, but punter might be our biggest need right now as silly as it sounds.

Surprising in a way. I would have kept him and played him until Burrow was ready and/or traded him for a premium if a team lost their starter.

I would too, but this is cheapskate Mike Brown we're talking about here.

My best bet is that Dalton lands in New England.

Dalton to the Patriots will be the storyline going forward until he finds a home. Even though the fit seems perfect I think the money may be the biggest hurdle.

Dalton's not some schlub like Jameis Winston who'll just be happy to land a job and will play for a lesser deal. Dalton's pretty accomplished. I think the bare minimum he plays for is in the $25 million range. I wonder if Belicheck, who is notoriously frugal with QB money, will be willing to pay Dalton fair market value for his services.

Supply and demand is in the Patriots favor though as there are only a few teams in need of a QB. And one of those teams (Jax) seems content on tanking this season in order to draft Trevor Lawrence in 2021.
