I still think OKC wins it. But maybe going down 0-1 tempers the all timer enthusiasm for them.

It will not.I still think OKC wins it. But maybe going down 0-1 tempera the all timer enthusiasm for them.
That feeling is because you were watching OKC play. That's a natural feeling.I don't even follow the NBA much anymore, but with about four minutes left last night I got a bad feeling, couldn't watch anymore, and had to turn it off. Glad I did.
I don't like your tone, mister. That feeling is because you were watching OKC play. That's a natural feeling.
That's about the time when Daigneault (Thunder HC) went full retard and played small ball. We had a 7 point lead when Chet subbed out.I don't even follow the NBA much anymore, but with about four minutes left last night I got a bad feeling, couldn't watch anymore, and had to turn it off. Glad I did.
Same thing happened against Denver and I don't think Indiana is quite as good as Denver, all things considered.Disappointing loss last night but I still like the Thunder in 7.
Game 1 is on the coach, IMO. OKC's Achilles heel last year was their lack of size/rebounding. So they fixed it by signing Hartenstein and it's worked out beautifully.
But what does the OKC coach do last night? He plays a smaller lineup most of the night and doesn't play either of his big men down the stretch. OKC ends up getting destroyed on the glass.
Another case of a coach over-thinking things.
Just play the normal lineups that got you 80 wins and set all-time records, and you'll be fine. It's not rocket science.
One can hope.OKC has another similar meltdown.
Just went back and counted....
OKC conceded 6 offensive rebounds the final 3 minutes of the game after going small. They only got one for themselves.
I just don't understand how a coach can watch that play out and not bring in one of his big men to prevent the opponent from getting extra possessions in a close game.
It's one of the most underwhelming matchups in my lifetime basically. But it's been entertaining because of that same fact, so hey.Indiana lost the series last night.
But yeah, neither of these are historic teams.
That remains to be seen.So maybe not historically great...
That remains to be seen.
Nah, an all time great team would have dusted the pacers.
