So much music out there that I have never heard, and I listen to a LOT of music.

This one is so simple, and understated, yet so damn good.

I'm with you, so much music I need to hear and I do the best I can.

When you are trying to talk them blues, jazz, Doowop, Rap, Punk, Soul etc etc only....how can ya fit it in a thread about all kinds of music which isn't where you are at?

Is it really some big deal? Not a whole hell of a lot going on here I'd think you'd love some action.

Music historian here, why not take advantage of that?

Actually what you'd want to do is have threads about all the different genres.

Wouldn't some Mississippi Delta blues pre 1930 be cool? We can have it right here.

Rube Lacy only recorded one record then got into religion and started preaching, this is in my opinion the best example of Mississippi Delta Blues pre 1930. It is a classic in the blues genre

Then there is Robert Johnson.

Let the music flow my friend.

I can take you guys places you didn't know existed, let it happen.

I post at a lot of places, one of them has an off topic and there you will find threads for country, rap, blues, bluegrass, oldies, punk etc ec etc, which is how it should be. What is the reasoning in mixing all the music genres?

My friend this place is ok but can use all the action it can get, there is no need to....put all music in one thread...at all.

Imagine a jazz thread, Jellyroll Morton, Louis Armstrong, King Oliver, Billie Holliday, we could have it.

Ok man, just wanted to share all that music, forget it.
And no one is stopping you. You can post to your heart’s content. Just keep the music confined to this thread.
