NoDak how is the housing construction biz out there? A buddy of mine started to head out that way but said after doing research the labor pool is pretty much geared towards the oil/gas industry because that's where the big money is. No one gives a shit about building.

As an aside, we just got a new Cook-Out here in Myrtle Beach.

There is construction going on everywhere. Houses, hotels, restaurants, etc... The housing guys are busy as hell. There are a lot of self-employed guys up here doing private jobs. Remodels, etc... They can name their prices.
