Congrats to all the Rangers fans.

I'm legitimately happy to see the Rangers win it all. Pretty much takes all the sting away from that 2011 series vs St. Louis and David "Effing" Freese.

Are any of you who are near the DFW area gonna make it to the parade?

It's a shame that you have to seek out a local sports network just to get in-depth highlights and coverage after a team wins the World Series. The Rangers just won the freaking World Series and the clowns at ESPN basically treat it like a midseason game.

They covered it on Sports Center for a few minutes then quickly moved on to regular season NBA and NFL news.

I ran into the same issue a couple of years ago with the Braves. I had to find some local ATL stations to get a decent breakdown of the action and for postgame content.
