You are too hung up on the players head to head itself vs the net result, and you are seemingly ignoring the draft picks for I don't know what reason.
Dallas improved vs the run, without a doubt.  This likely also improves both LB and safety play overall, and without a doubt helps Osa and whoever's playing RDE pressure from the middle and the QB's blindside respectively.
Green Bay is now better defending the pass, but has compromised their run defense back to where we were before.
When you are facing Green Bay, SF, Detroit, Tampa, or Philly you must stop the run first and foremost and force Love, Purdy, Goff, Mayfield, and Love to beat you.
Otherwise Jacobs, McCaffrey, Gibbs, Irving, and Barkley are going to have field days and put you back on roller-skates guessing run or pass.
As the 2023 playoffs proved, Micah Parsons is completely useless in that situation.
