Now the shell shocked team is going to get killed in the first game for their new head coach.

We should package all four firsts (our two and Packers too) to get up and get a QB.Got to.
Let's hope the Manning boy decides to pull an Eli, because we definitely have more ammo for something like that than anybody else.
Assuming he's actually good of course.
Dallas has plenty of pass rushers
Realistically. Nobody was going to give up that much. And then give him 47 mil a year on top of that? Please. You mean realistically or because they are who they are?
He is now but you think in 2 years they will pay that 18 million? This is why they wanted him, he's extremely cheap, relatively speaking.
Just franchise him. We don't need it for Parsons now.
Perfect point. A lot of who the fuck are they.

Do we?I hope this doesn’t put too much pressure on Ezeiruaku to do more than he should be doing as a rookie. Dallas has plenty of pass rushers and should be able to generate enough pressure to be at least middle of the pack
I think he's going to be nice, solid starting DT for 2-4 years, still a terrible trade overall though.I’m crossing my fingers that Clark can have a 2006 Jason Ferguson type impact and maybe show the other DT’s a bit how to play the game.
This is a silver lining to all this
I bought a Parsons jersey last year. Now it goes on the shelf until that big mouth retires. If we just got Clark in a vacuum I'd be modestly happy with the idea of him and Osa on the inside. But we shipped away possibly the best defensive player in football. Sort of makes it feel like shit.
Yea and Parsons just showed him exactly how to do it.And then his asshole agent will have him faking injuries and holding out and demanding trades and whatever else.
He supposedly got hurt in the opener last year, played through it and then had surgery in January right after the season ended.2006 Ferguson— Hell I’ll take that any day from a 30 year old vet. Clarks been a pro-bowler but he’s coming off his worst year. I’m being hopeful, and it’s better than anything we’ve had since that year.
I actually prefer picks in the next two drafts rather than 2025 and 2026, since the QB class in 25 was shit and 26 and 27 will be strong. The problem is the timing of all of this. We could have traded him during the draft if we weren’t going to pay him. Now the shell shocked team is going to get killed in the first game for their new head coach. You don’t trade away the best defensive player on your team and the NFL when your defense is dead last.
Well, you know, he’s 30 and probably just about washed up.
Maybe we can trade him for something. With a shit defense Pickens and Lamb may both be probowlers. And then his asshole agent will have him faking injuries and holding out and demanding trades and whatever else.
I do, 18 isn't much for a good starter these days, especially if Clark can get back to what he was around 2022-23.He is now but you think in 2 years they will pay that 18 million?
But he might have a Jason Ferguson-like impact.Well, you know, he’s 30 and probably just about washed up.
