IRVING, Texas – The Cowboys signed their third member of the 2013 NFL Draft class on Tuesday in fourth-round pick B.W. Webb.

The cornerback from William & Mary was the 114th overall pick in the draft and the fifth pick for the Cowboys.

He joins fifth-round pick Joseph Randle and sixth-round selection DeVonte Holloman as the only Cowboys draft picks to sign thus far. Webb signed his deal one day after Randle.

Webb rejoins his former college teammate in defensive lineman Sean Lissemore, who was a senior when Webb picked off eight passes as a redshirt freshman at William & Mary.

“When he was a younger guy, I kind of looked at him and was like, ‘Man, this kid can play,’” Lissemore said. “He just kind of stood out right off the bat. Now I know why they call him Black Wiener.”

The Dallas Cowboys signed fourth-round pick B.W. Webb to a four-year contract Tuesday. The deal is worth $2.503 million and includes a signing bonus of $443,380.

The Cowboys value Webb's ability to play the slot and both corner spots. Webb racked up 11 interceptions while starting a school-record 48 games at William & Mary.

So far the Cowboys have signed three of their seven draft picks.

They're signing players a lot earlier than they normally do. I honestly can't remember the last time the Cowboys signed their draft picks prior to June.

Usually they wait until a few days before camp kicks off to get these deals done.

Slotting of the draft picks makes it a little easier.
