I sure as hell wish we did as well. People blame our coaches for not having fire but Dez Bryant has shown a ton of fire while being coached by a guy like Garrett. It's about the type of player that we draft. It's like we got burned by having so many bad personalities that we went into the other extreme and only draft boyscouts. The one exception was Dez who was a big character concern that we finally took a shot on.
The key to taking chances on players is picking the right type of player. Dez never had legal issues, he didn't do drugs and his character concerns were wildly blown out of proportion. Hell they still are blown out of proportion. You see some of the similar stuff out of Sherman on defense.
