See, this is a perfect example of why I've said in the past that these guys aren't as dumb as everyone thinks but that's also what makes it all the more frustrating.

They KNOW what they have to do and they know where they need to make improvements but they're not willing to do so because they don't want to be taken out of their comfort zone.

And they don't want to make themselves uncomfortable because winning isn't the priority there with that organization and with that family -- making money is. And they're making more money than they can count so they're just going to continue to keep doing what they're doing.
