The two biggest player disappointments for me as a fan of the Cowboys were Randy Moss never playing for the Cowboys and passing on Stephen Jackson in the 2004 draft.

I've never been more disappointed in the Cowboys not acquiring a player via the draft or FA like I was with those two.

I was so crushed by both that it felt like one of those heartbreaking losses at the end of a game.

When we passed on Moss and Jackson, I didn't watch another second of either draft and this was back when football was everything to me.

We haven't won a championship in 24 years. Garrett has been a major part of the organization for HALF of that time.

Scandrick probably isn’t wrong. But being a stand up guy and a model citizen doesn’t have any bearing on his ability to do his job . He simply can’t do the job effectively. Nothing personal , he just sucks at coaching
