This looks like a team that ate the cheese, and a coaching staff that isn't holding their feet to the fire.

How would they hold anyone to the fire? The coaching staff is the single biggest problem with the team.

They are completely clueless on how to put together a scheme, a game plan, motivate anyone etc etc. Its like the players are self coached.

On 2nd thought, self coached would probably be better.
