Agreed, but this is Jerry we're talking about.

Anyone with half a brain could clearly see that there is no point in keeping Garrett any longer as there is no reason to believe that this team is going to snap out of this under his watch .

He should be fired tonight but my guess is Jerry will still say he believes in him and he'll keep him till the end.
